How do I cancel my subscription?

If you're going out of town or have too much Ultra Coffee on hand, you can always change your next ship date or frequency by logging in to your account, then clicking "Edit Subscription" -> "Date & Frequency". Or simply skip an upcoming shipment at anytime ("Edit Subscription" -> "Skip Next Order").

If you need to budget for a period of time, you can pause your subscription anytime and then simply turn it back on when you're ready. The benefit to pausing is that it keeps you locked into subscriber perks such as 25% off all subscription orders, first access to limited batches, and more fun surprises. We don't want you to miss out on those benefits in the event you decide to reactivate. Rest assured, your subscription will not resume unless you log in to your portal and click "Resume Subscription."

To pause your subscription, log in to your account, click "Edit Subscription" -> "Cancel Subscription" -> "Pause Now". If you'd rather cancel your subscription, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].
