At Jot, we stand behind the quality of our products, and as such want to ensure you to love your coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your first order, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your first purchase to receive return instructions.
- All items in the order must be returned in full. If your order included a welcome bundle or free gifts (including Fellow Mug, Iced Coffee Glasses, etc), those items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- You must email tracking information for your return to [email protected] once it has shipped.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior contact with our support team or to the incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
- This policy applies to first-time orders only.
- We will not provide any refunds for products returned to us past 30 days from the initial purchase.
