My subscription order just processed today. Is it too late to cancel the order?Updated 5 hours ago

Please note: we send a reminder email 3 days before each subscription order processes so you have plenty of time to make changes. If you need to cancel an order after it has processed, you must email [email protected] by 10:00am MT on the same day so we can do our best to stop it, though we can’t guarantee it.

After 10:00am MT, orders are typically already in progress (being picked, packed, or handed off to the carrier), so we’re usually unable to cancel or issue a refund at that stage.
